Luci Crow, MS, RD is a registered dietitian and Certified Power Pilates Instructor. Her focus is assisting clients to discover a personal balance for food, fitness, and fun that optimizes health and strength at every age and physical condition without engaging in predetermined rules and expectations. Luci specializes in coaching clients to use intuitive eating skills and enjoyable exercise to manage their health and their weight mindfully, with a goal of being and feeling their own personal best.
Luci uses a non-weight, non-diet approach to work with individuals and groups to learn skills to manage their health instinctively. She is a licensed facilitator of the Am I Hungry? Mindful Eating Weight Management plan founded by Dr. Michelle May, author of Eat What You Love, Love What You Eat. Luci also completed Intuitive Eating Pro Skills with Evelyn Trioble, MS, RD, coauthor of Intuitive Eating and is currently working to become a Certified Intuitive Eating Coach. As a member of the American Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, she holds a certificate in Adult Weight Management.
Diagnosed with IBS, she has studied the FODMAP food plan to manage her symptoms and uses her knowledge to guide clients through the plan to reduce and/or eliminate the painful and often times frustrating diagnosis of IBS.

MARY ANN STUART
Mary Ann is a Classical Pilates Instructor, Reiki Master Teacher and Meditation coach.
Her lifelong passion and education is in fine art, concentrating on drawing and painting. Always an active person, she began the practice of studio Pilates in 1998 after joint pain forced her to reconsider her former running routine. Pilates is challenging and balanced, and it kept her interested while healing, strengthening and reshaping her body in a profound way.
In 2004, Mary Ann completed her certification with Power Pilates. Always fascinated by life drawing and the human anatomy, as well as physiology, she became immersed in the art and science of movement. Her teaching experience has given her a thorough understanding of how Pilates can transform, heal, and invigorate a person’s body. She enjoys responding to each of her clients’ individual needs while placing a strong emphasis on safety.
Mary Ann is a PMA® Certified Pilates Teacher. The Pilates Method Alliance is the professional association and certifying agency for Pilates teachers.
Today, the PMA is both a professional association and a certifying agency for Pilates teachers, insuring that instructors are held to the rigorous standards uniformly set by the worldwide organization.

A Reiki master teacher since 2010, Mary Ann believes that energy work is a great compliment to body conditioning of all kinds; She integrates it into her teaching every day and sees many clients for individual sessions by appointment.
At ALIGN, Mary Ann periodically offers 1st and 2nd degree Reiki attunements to groups and individuals.
A thirty plus year practitioner of Transcendental Meditation and Mindfulness Meditation Mary Ann teaches meditation privately at ALIGN. She incorporates Reiki, guided meditation, and Chakra balancing in her personalized sessions with students.
Nancy was born and raised in Southern California and after a life long devotion to Health and Fitness, she decided to pursue her passion for Fitness and become a NASM Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor. She is trained in MELT, Nia, Powerstrike Kickboxing, Cardio Weights, Pilates Mat, Fall Prevention, Spinning, Zumba, Kettle Bells, Spinning for Parkinson's and has a NASM Certiﬁcation in Exercise Programs for Older Adults. Her expertise in many diﬀerent modalities allows her to design workouts and classes that are unique and meet the goals of all of her clients. Her clients are from 15 to 96 years young and she feels so fortunate to be able to help every client achieve their Wellness Goals.
