The cornerstone of our exercise program is classical Pilates. All of the Align staff has experienced the profound effect of Pilates in our own lives. We know it is transformative. Modifiable for any level, Pilates is low or no impact, joint friendly and works to condition the entire body, not just certain muscle groups. It requires concentration and therefore conditions the brain. The release of endorphins promotes emotional well being. Our goal is for you to leave the studio feeling focused, mentally refreshed and physically energized.
